Portrait Session Options

Premier Combination/Urban Crawl

Studio and Around Town- Minimum of 40 Images.

This exciting session combines in-studio artistry with a field trip to several locations (stone architecture, parks, railroad tracks, junk yard…). You may wish to use up to four outfits with two being used outdoors. Auto, motorcycles, and pets are popular with this session. Minimum portrait order of $800 required.

The Gallery Combo

Studio and Outdoor- Minimum of 30 Images.

For years our most popular session includes yearbook poses, background changes, close-ups, ¾ length, full length, three outfits, PLUS a short trip to the Lawrence Campus or another immediate location for some exciting outdoor camera studies. A mixture of black & white, impact, and vivid color for your images (studio choice).

The Best Deal- The Early Gallery Combo

Studio and Outdoor- Minimum of 30 Images.

Same as the Gallery Combo but session starts at 8 a.m. - LIMITED - Grab it while you can!

The Gallery Plus

Studio- Minimum of 24 Images.

This session is designed for those who do not want outdoor poses, but want a variety of backgrounds, ¾ length, full length, yearbook, and close-ups, using our beautiful soft north light. Three outfits may be used for this session. Several images will be displayed in black & white (studio choice).

The Gallery

Studio- Minimum of 15 Images.

For those who wish to “keep it simple”, but still desire to have a change of clothing and a change of background. Yearbook, ¾ length and close-ups are part of this session.

The Economy

Studio- Minimum of 8 images.

One outfit- traditional head and shoulder (yearbook style) pose only.

Our Portrait Finishes…

The Basic

For the budget minded. The Basic finish is a coat of semi-matte lacquer applied to all photographs 4x5 and larger. Frame with glass is required.

The Classic

The Classic presentation is the most popular finish. All portraits are first lacquered and given a turtle shell hard subtle textured surface, which resists scratches, moisture and needs no glass. 8x10's and larger are mounted on artists' board. The Classic is the recommended finish and carries our lifetime guarantee.

The Master

The elegance of Master canvas is used to enhance all 8x10 and larger portraits. Portraits are bonded to canvas and mounted to hardboard. Several coats of luster lacquer are added to give these portraits a fine touch of brilliance. No glass is needed when framing this portrait. The Master Finish carries our lifetime guarantee.

Yearbook Deadlines…

Yearbook deadlines for most area schools are October 1st. Therefore all photos MUST be taken by August 30 in order for us to meet these deadlines. Rueckl Studio will guarantee that the print for the yearbook will be delivered on time, providing you meet your deadlines.

Backgrounds

We have new and imaginative backgrounds and authentic props to augment your session (nothing “cheesy”- guaranteed).

Frames and Framing…

We are able to fulfill all of your framing needs. Our vast selection of moldings far surpasses that of any other studio in the Valley. Readymade frames of fine hardwood are also available in a multitude of sizes and styles. Ask about our custom framing services including matte cutting. A discount of 20% applies to select frames if you place your frame order at the same time as your portrait order.

Our primary goal at Rueckl Studio is to make you happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your previews presented, please consult with us. It may be a simple matter of cropping, color balance or retouching. If you are dissatisfied with your hair, makeup or clothing, we will be happy to re-photograph you for a nominal charge.
